California Narcotic Officers' Association — Region 7
A non-profit corporation dedicated to providing high-quality training for law enforcement professionals across California's Central Valley and Eastern Sierra since 1964.
California's Largest Non-Profit Law Enforcement Training Association
The California Narcotic Officers' Association is a non-profit corporation dedicated to providing high-quality training for law enforcement professionals. Since 1964, CNOA has grown to become the largest non-profit Training Association in California, with over 7,000 members.
Our members include local, state, and federal peace officers, prosecutors, law enforcement personnel, and other national and international associates. For over 55 years, CNOA has offered the finest training available in all areas of narcotic enforcement activities to the dedicated men and women who are our first line of defense against the proliferation of illegal drugs in our state.
CNOA provides over 120,000 student contact hours to over 7,000 students annually through Regional and State Training Seminars, and the Annual Training Institute. With over 50 POST-certified topics, CNOA training brings accessible, relevant, and affordable training to law enforcement personnel, regardless of assignment.
Through ongoing fundraising efforts and contributions, CNOA has established a Survivors' Memorial Fund that provides immediate financial assistance to the families of all California law enforcement officers who have surrendered their lives in the line of duty.
Equipping Officers. Supporting Families. Protecting Communities.
CNOA Region 7 serves the Central Valley and Eastern Sierra law enforcement community as part of the statewide California Narcotic Officers' Association. Our region is one of eight regional boards overseeing individual activities and fundraisers that work to serve the greater good of the mission set forth by the main CNOA state body.
We provide accessible, POST-certified training courses and seminars on narcotic enforcement and specialized investigative tactics — equipping officers on the front lines with the knowledge and skills they need to protect their communities.
Beyond training, we raise funds to support local law enforcement families, the Survivors' Memorial Fund, and college scholarships for youths. Through our annual Kiki Camarena Memorial Golf Tournament, we honor the fallen and invest in the next generation.
Decades of Dedication
CNOA Region 7 was established to serve the Central Valley and Eastern Sierra law enforcement community as part of the statewide California Narcotic Officers' Association — the largest non-profit training association in California.
For over four decades, Region 7 has organized POST-certified training seminars, conferences, and community events that bring together officers from across the region to share intelligence, best practices, and professional expertise.
Our annual Kiki Camarena Memorial Golf Tournament — now in its 41st year — honors the legacy of DEA Special Agent Enrique 'Kiki' Camarena, who was killed in the line of duty in 1985. The tournament raises critical funds for officer training, law enforcement family support, and college scholarships.
